WHO WE ARE:

Lauren Pierce has her PhD in educational psychology and is a motivation scientist with over 10 years experience in psychological research, mindset coaching, and performance consulting. Her mission is to make mental performance coaching accessible to all athletes.

SERVICES

1:1 Session

Individual sessions available via Zoom designed to explore an athlete’s needs and goals, create individualized programming, and resolve existing performance roadblocks using a strengths-based approach.

$35 first session, then $20

Group Session

Sessions for 2-6 athletes available via Zoom looking to learn specific skills to help enhance performance as individuals or as a group using a strengths-based approach.

$15 per athlete

Team Session

Sessions for more than 6 athletes available via Zoom looking to apply the science of sport psychology to their team, foster team identity and cohesion, and learn skills to work together as a unit using a values-based approach.

$120 first session, then $100

Skills Workshop

A workshop specifically designed for your team in one specific skill area of sport psychology. Includes consultation with coaches and players, a proposal, and a 2 hour coaching session to practice and hone the skill.

$200 per skill session

Strengths-Based Approach:

With a strengths-based approach to working with athletes, we have solution-building conversations that focus on strengths to keep the athlete goal-directed to enhance forward momentum and growth. Our goal is to help you mobilize your strengths and utilize them in order to move forward with resilience, grit, and confidence. This often includes narrative building, skills-based interventions, and education that the athlete can utilize in all aspects of their wellbeing and sport-life.
